Eckhart Tolle

Having worked for many years as a qualified Social Worker, I embarked on my 'new life' as a complementary health practitioner because of personal experience of the enormous potential of the Alexander Technique to bring about healing and change.

I completed a three year, STAT- approved training course in 1995.

My interest in the power of thought in health and self-development led me on to train in energy healing work - a different, but equally effective way of facilitating change with many different issues.

Family connections brought me to Scotland in 1993, and my practices are based in Earlsferry and Kirkcaldy, Fife.
