Learning the Alexander Technique involves changing long-standing postural habits, which is best achieved through one-to-one lessons.
As with learning any new skill, it requires commitment and your active invovement, but the benefits can be wide-ranging and lasting.

Six lessons combined with exercise is effective in reducing back pain, as confirmed by research.
